We are using good quality SS 316L raw material for our orthopaedic implants, SS 316LVM & Titanium ( Ti6Al4VEli) is also used but against orders only.
Radiographic & ultrasonic tests, profile projector, temper testing and tensile strength are some of the process of our testing department to make up the intricate implants and instruments. Our products pass through the most severe tests to fulfill exacting specifications. Each item is individually inspected for flaws on our state-of-the-art quality control department.

Bi-Polar, Austin Moore & Thompson Hip Prostheses, DHS/ DCS Barrel Plates, LC-Dcp Plates, DCP Plates, Special Plates, Bone Screws ( All Types ) , Interlocking Nails like Femur/ Tibia ( SUN Nails as per AO Company) , Humerus, Reconstruction, Supra Condylar & Gamma, Spinal Screws, Hybrid External Fixators & External Fixators - Tubular System ( Solid Carbon bars of 11.0 & 4.0mm ) & Illizarov System ( Carbon Rings ) , Mini External Fixators like Basic Hand Set, C.T.E.V Small, Medium & Large And All Types of Orthopaedic Instruments.
In regards to plates & screws these can be made in SS 316LVM & Titanium( Ti6Al4VEli) as per your desire, development of Special products is also undertaken on receipt of samples.
Currently Our Orthoapedic range is already being exported to some of the EU Countries, South American, Latin American, Asian countries & African Countries in a big way.
